08/26/2025 COT - FCON - Tank - Final Passed Passed Inspection with note that Inspector was never notified of tank install. Tank was already buried. Met with Zach Trim from Arizona Propane to do CATHODIC PROTECTION (CP) TESTING. This test the integrity of the tank (sufficiently protected from corrosion). reading on meter should be -.8 or greater. The readings were -1.15 and -1.19 (see attached photos)
