Permit Description: I am submitting this permit in conjunction with TC-RES-1124-06723. I purchased this house in March 2024. An electrician did an inspection and later did work to get electrical up to code, including attaching grounding rods to the electrical panel and replacing one or two breakers. Later, TEP came by and told me that the electrical panel had been upgraded without proper permitting at some point in the past before I purchased the house. TEP said that I needed to apply for a city permit and get an inspection and clearance from the city to send them.
