Permit Description: Phase 3 of 6 of the San Fernando Water Main Replacement Project. Tucson Water is replacing the water mains in the neighborhood. Moving the mains from the alleys to the streets and then reconnecting services. Then DTM will repave the streets in the neighborhood as part of Prop 411. The new water mains will remain under pavement where possible. Where the water main and services tie into existing lines, some locations may be out of pavement but will be placed 2 feet below scour.
