Starr Pass Vistas; Village 1; Common Area "C". See attached maps. Clean-up of HOA common area, involves a short section of Silvercroft Wash --- North of Starr Pass Blvd. and West of Greasewood Rd.). Not sure exactly where wash "boundary / border" is located, inside which floodplain permit conditions might apply. Perform a basic clean-up of the HOA common area, including this wash area --- remove any trash material, remove any potential wildfire fuel (dead trees, etc.) close to nearby houses, spray or remove any buffelgrass. The plan would be to take a minimalist approach, and disturb as little living vegetation as possible.
