06/23/2026 1) Trenching in bottom of Julian Wash shall occur on days where there is zero % rain chances from multiple weather forecasts 2) SWPP berms shall be used on upstream side (for any small unexpected runoff conditions) 3) Gabions shall be packed to maximize rock quantity in the gabions or agitated to minimize gaps/spacing. 4) See Drainage Statement By Kevin Letendre P.E. at PSOMAS sealed 06/18/26 for additional construction requirements. 5) It may be necessary to obtain a Pima County Facility Use Permit as the watercourse is owned and maintained by Pima County. 6) Call for DTM Construction Inspector and DTM Engineering Division Inspections for Gabion spillway replacement at start and during construction and final construction: 520-837-6614 or 311.
