04/21/2025 ENGR Grading Final N/A Re-inspection required The slopes created behind these lots on the south side of Meola Drive, K&B Homes, has been partially removed and being re-placed with a decorative red rip rap. Not being able to tell how much of the slope was removed I recommend this be looked at as there is a 6' wall and footing above. The spilt in grade is approximately 4'. At the least a grading plan revision should be done. There appears to be 10 lots affected. The original slope looks like was a 4 or 3 to 1 slope and now it looks to be a 2 to 1 slope.
