Permit Description: Restricted Record-The site currently has an approved use for Building 3 as a warehouse. We are seeking a change of use for BLDG 3 to an instructional school. The project requires a lot combination of parcels 10601229G & 106012190 currently underway with the Pima County Assessor’s office - sequence id #20261900542. We recently changed the addressing for BLDG 3 from 523 E Gay St to 3637 N. 1st Ave BLDG 3 with Pima County, and have received confirmation this has been recorded with them into their system. We had a preapplication conference and were told we needed to submit a development permit for all 3 buildings under the same 3637 address.
