Client received a visit from code enforcement about their shipping containers in the parking lot. They were not cited, but it was requested that they submit for a Factory Built Building permit and minor development package (refer to TC-FBB-0226-00021) for approval of these containers. The attached demonstrates the (3) 8'X20" shipping containers in the parking lot in 3 (three) of the current parking stalls at parking stall angles. Each container is 160 sf. and placed in the Northeast end of the parking lot.
