Permit Description: This DDO request is to address an existing corrugated 6'-0" steel fence & 6'-6" rolling gate system added by the property owner sans permits in about 2022 to address a very serious & ongoing existing problem with homeless vagrants & accompanying theft & vandalism at the rear of this commercial building. In addition two 195 SF prefabricated wooden "Tuff Shed" storage buildings were inside the gated area for added furniture stock storage as this is a furniture store. The prefab storage sheds have the requisite setbacks with one requiring a setback variance based on the adjacent neighbor signing the site plan to approve a 7'-0" setback and the other storage shed with an 11'-9" maximum ridge height requiring a 10'-0" minimum setback with a 12'-0" setback provided.
