The ADA pathway called out on the east side has cross slopes greater than the allowable 2%.
Trash enclosure is not built to TSM 8-01.9 standards.
Driveway aprons and sidewalks are called out in plans but a Right-of-Way permit has not been issued.
Pergola between buildings is not on plans, is wobbly, and knocks into the fire riser pipes.
At this point, parking lots are untouched, plans call for new paving and striping.
