Permit Description: Installation of a new approximately 22'-6" x 57'-0" freestanding solar parking canopy at the existing Monument East Veterinary Hospital. The proposed work includes construction of the steel canopy structure and foundations within the existing parking area, installation of photovoltaic modules on the canopy roof, associated electrical equipment and underground conduit, grounding and bonding, and required vehicle-impact protection for electrical equipment. Existing site access and veterinary hospital operations will remain. Parking layout, property-line setbacks, structural-leg locations, and canopy clearances will be coordinated as part of this Development Package.
