Permit Description: - Interior kitchen plumbing alteration at 3022 E 6th Street, Unit 47, a second-floor dwelling unit. - Relocate one existing kitchen sink from the south wall to the west wall at the former stove location. Relocate the dishwasher beside the new sink, nearest the doorway. - Extend existing kitchen hot and cold water connections approximately 12 feet using new 1/2-inch PEX-A piping. Existing hot water is supplied by a shared community boiler. - Install new 1-1/2-inch ABS kitchen drain piping connected to the existing kitchen drain. Modify the existing vent connection while maintaining downstairs vent continuity. - Provide an accessible cleanout, listed air admittance valve under the sink cabinet, and dishwasher water and drain connections. - New cabinets and drywall work are by others and excluded from Tucson Plumbing Solutions scope. No wall relocation or reframing is proposed. - Electrical work is covered under separate permit TC-RES-0826-04493. - Previous Express application TC-RES-0926-05145 was requested to be withdrawn following the reviewer’s instruction to apply as Residential Addition/Alteration.
