10/28/2024 The plans submitted appears to be for Accessory Dwelling Unit. Address will have to be confirmed and assigned to Permit Application and on Plans prior to issuance. Once Zoning approves the 2nd unit contact Pima County Addressing to resolve issue Addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512. Please sign into your TDC account and request a change of address and submit the approved plans without our City stamps (with address and unit # if applicable) and a comment response letter, indicating that this is a re-stamp to resolve the addressing issue.
