We will have to cut 6" wide slit across the sidewalk and dig 18" trench from the meter to the exterior wall. We will install new sediment trap on the water heater control valve. Bring the water heater venting up to current code. We will install new carbon monoxide detector. Also, will install bonding wire between the gas line and water line.
