Permit Description: Replace old fence with new same material wood. prefab fence panels from home depot. Front yard west 2 sections approx 12ft long, front yard south side 2 sections approx 12ft long, east side 4 sections approx 12ft long and one section 4ft long. (All of which are 6 ft tall) Also in se corner front yard a 8ft section and 3ft section only 3-4 ft high to comply with the stop sign code, rule, law, or ordinance that states 10 ft back from stop sign that doesnt exist must be unobstructed above a certain height; as to not obstruct the view of oncoming traffic; even tho it makes no difference to standard vehicles cuz the alley road sits to low. so the se sections will be same height as the concrete pillars as originally designed.
