Remove existing 100 amp FPE panel, remove existing meter, and drive 2 new grounding rods. Reinstall a nema 3r main breaker loadcenter with a 200 amp meter can. Reconnect existing emt, run #4 bare copper from the grounding rods to the 200 amp loadcenter, and bond the gas/water lines. Install correct size breakers, and existing circuits.
