Permit Description: 4533 & 4535 are an adjoining duplex. They shared a free-standing carport (no walls, just posts and a roof) with a small storage room attached for each parking spot. Each of the 2 parking spots had electrical service consisting of one 240v dryer outlet, one 110v outlet, and 2 lights with pull-string switches each originating from the side by side panels on the back of 4535. This structure burned down last year, and the insurance company has hired us to reconstruct the structure and run a new electrical line to each one.
