02/10/2026 COT - RSPL - Rough Soil N/A Re-inspection required 2/10/26: Utility plan required for site utility's (currently on Development permit but required to have a separate Utility plan), Sewer and Main water lines have been backfilled prior to inspection ( letter from engineer of record required taking responsibility and approving all plumbing underground), sewer lines must be tested (Water test required at 10' head of water pressure and shall maintain pressure for 15min), water lines must be pressurized and gauge must be present at time of inspection to ensure no leaks on system, 2-way cleanouts required at SFR connection, BWV required at home on west end of project.
