Power restored at 2603 N Fair Oaks Ave. Tucson, AZ 85712. I received a grant from the Arizona Department of Housing from the HUD/HAF program. $40,000 in funds for Tucson Water, TEP, Southwest Gas, NOVA (which is confusing toe due to the fact that my title paperwork from Stewart's Title on Oracle Road said that NOVA didn't handle "these kinds of loans", not sure what that means since I wrote and sent checks to NOVA for $1,200 for almost a year. After the 4 places I mentioned above were paid the rest of the money was to be give to myself: Siobhan Kathleen Jones, due to my daughter Elsie Catalina Jones only being 4 years old and not yet old enough to be in school full time. So far I have received a letter from Southwest Gas and I will attach it to this form and that's it.
