This was an addition and remodel performed in 2012-2013 on Permit number T11CM03965. The final inspections were never requested and the permit expired. Spoke to the building official Joseph Conrad. He instructed that I resubmit the original plans, he mentioned that they will be reviewed based on the code from 2012. After the approved review, we can then ask for the final inspections to clear out the old permit.
