This job is a fire restoration job. The interior of the house is gutted to the studs and concrete slabs. We will not be altering the preexisting footprint of the structure or mechanics. There is no structural damage. We will be rewiring, drywalling, insulating and installing new HVAC duct work as well as AC unit. Plumbing will be evaluated upon jobsite demo.
