We will then run a new 1” main toward the water heater approximately 65Ft properly mounting it underneath the home. We will then stub out through the existing hole in the subfloor where we will tee off in 1/2 for the water heater, installing a new sediment trap, shut-off valve, and gas flex line. Continuing from the tee, we will continue running in 3/4 and stub out through the wall to the stove, installing a new shut-off valve and gas flex line. We will then pressure test the line and submit permits. Price is for parts and labor.
