I would like to apply for a permit to add height extension to my block wall. The current wall is about 5 feet high, I would like to extend it by 3 feet as to add additional privacy to my backyard due to the two story house that is behind mine. The material that will be used will be steel fence posts anchored three feet into the ground at about every 10 feet. The Top part will be made of rusted corrugated steel. The wall itself is not to be modified, this privacy wall is to be placed in front of the fence in my own yard.
