Permit Description: Project description: Repair existing cracked concrete masonry/block wall located along the alley of the side yard of the property adjacent to the west property line. Scope of work includes demolition and replacement of approximately 2 linear feet width of cracked and wall section, installation of a reinforced concrete support pillar, replacement of associated footing, and restoration of the wall to a safe and structurally stable condition. All work will maintain the existing wall height of 7 ft, location, and general appearance and will not expand the existing footprint or encroach into adjacent property areas.
