Description:
We would like to relocate the backyard privacy fence back to its proper location along the property line, which is currently 3’ north of line. Our design would be a six ft high fence with floodplain requirements applied. I would like to resolve this issue with my neighbor as to maintain a good relationship. This project does not affect any right of way. It only provides a boundary along a deeded property line in the back yard. It is visible to see on the site plan that current fence is not on property line, and until recently was overgrown with 20 plus years of deferred maintenance. This fence would not be visible from the front of the property.
