Permit Description: 1. Remove present roof system and haul away debris. 2. Remove swamp cooler and dispose of properly. Leave roof jack and seal over. Homeowner will have others install a new swamp cooler in that location at another time. 3. Replace any rotted and/or damaged decking estimated replacement of 40 sheets. 4. Replace rotted and/or damaged facia estimated replacement of 172 ft. 5. Install one (1) layer 75# fiberglass base felt and two (2) fiberglass top ply’s with hot asphalt applied between each layer. 6. Install new 2”x 2” galvanized drip edge (color to be to match existing, approximately ___172___linear ft.) to eaves sealed with white Elastomeric three (3) course. 7. Apply two (2) coats Apoc #248 white Elastomeric roof coating, rolled at cross pattern, to entire roof system at a flow rate of one (1) gallon per one hundred (100) square feet.
