Interior fire damage repair and restoration of an existing residential unit (Unit F210 – 2nd Floor). Scope includes removal and replacement of fire- and smoke-damaged non-structural materials including drywall, insulation, and flooring.
Initial demolition and smoke mitigation have been completed to allow for proper inspection of framing, subfloor, and roof structure. No structural damage was observed; all work is limited to non-structural interior repairs with no modifications to load-bearing elements.
Work includes installation of new drywall and insulation, tape, texture, and paint to match existing finishes, and final cleaning. Electrical, gas, and plumbing systems will be inspected, repaired, and reactivated as required under separate applicable permits and inspections.
All work will be performed in compliance with City of Tucson requirements and all materials will be replaced in a like-for-like manner unless otherwise required by code.
