This job is a fire restoration job. The interior of the house will be gutted to the studs and concrete slabs. We will not be altering the preexisting footprint of the structure or mechanics. An engineer report will be obtained once the roof framing is made visible. We will be rewiring, drywalling, insulating and installing new HVAC duct work as well as AC unit. Plumbing will be evaluated upon jobsite demo.
