Description:
Remove existing overhead service, install a 200 amp all in one panel with meter on the top, drive 2 new ground rods, bond water/gas lines. Remove existing sub panel indoors and replace it with a 8 inch x 10 inch nema 1 jbox. Run 12-2, 14-2, 10-3 romex from jbox to the new 200 amp panel ( 4 20a, 4 15a, 2 30a circuits). The reason the sub panel needs to be a jbox is bc there's not enough work clearance space it's 16 inches from the waterheater and it can't be turned around. The sub panel is 20 ft away from the main panel, all the circuits from the fpe subpanel will now be in the main panel. Install all correct breakers in the main.
