Run gas line from existing gas meter through garage wall, along interior of garage to 199,900 BTU tankless water heater with 3/4 galv pipe secured every 1.5" with 2 hole gal straps. (17' 8" total length) Connections will be made with yellow PTFE tape and paste thread sealer. House has flat roof, with a small crawl space for furnace. Unable to get accurate diameter and lengths of existing pie. Furnace is 100,000 BTU. Existing gas line to tanked heater will be capped and un-used.
