Permit Description: Whole home repipe with riser in back of house. All water will be turned off to the home for 3 days for full repipe to take place. 4 th day is needed will be for clean up and any last minute items. Inspections will take place before drywall will be cleared to put back on wall. All walk ways will be taped off with floor covering for added protection of home. Will have some zipper door added to keep dust down in parts of home no work will be done. During this process, we will cut out any and all exposed galvanized pipe. Most pipe will be dead ended in wall and ceiling and left behind in walls or ceiling to avoid more damaging of home. Copper pipe will be installed where code deems it and all exposed supply lines will be copper, and secured. Copper riser in back of home will be installed and a softener loop to be added. Also a hot and cold will be added to back of home for a water heater installation (customer supplied water heater). All systems in home will have new supply lines hot and cold and will be connected to each fixture. All new angle stops/ emergency stops will be added to each supply line. New supply lines will be added as well. All necessary permits will be pulled prior to work on home, by ram plumbing. All inspections will be done with ram plumbing and city of Tucson Fixtures: Hall bathroom Toilet/ 1 cold Sink/ 1 hot 1 cold Tub/ 1 hot 1 cold Master bedroom bathroom Toilet/ 1 cold Sink/ 1 hot 1 cold Shower/ 1 hot 1 cold Water heater 1 hot 1 cold Kitchen Refrigerator 1 cold Sink 1 dual hot 1 dual cold Hose bib out back, 1 from riser 1 from softener loop Hose bib out front. 1 cold. Will be located on front of house where we are able to, due to some restrictions of a brick home.
