02/20/2025 Unable to determine rim elevation of upstream manhole and finish floor elevation of residence. Note: Residence FFE must be 1' higher than upstream manhole rim. Should this not be the case, install backwater valve.
02/20/2025 Apply for a permit with Pima County for abandoning existing septic system to include filling tank with structural fill. If portion of structure is to be demolished, include that in permit application. Submit copy of permit. If the permit requires the septic tank to be pumped, crushed & filled with sand, compliance shall be confirmed in the field during the inspection.
