The current fence is a wooden picket fence approximately 3.5 feet in height. It is in very poor condition. We want to replace it with a custom steel fence. It will be constructed with 5/8" steel uprights, approximately 5' in height welded to 1.5" horizontal steel rails. This fence will be installed along the perimeter of the front yard i(south facing) n the exact position of the existing fence. This fence will not obstruct the view of the house façade. In addition to replacing a deteriorating fence, the new fence will add needed security.
