The garage was used as storage we cleaned the space and demo the roof since was not reparable the way it was. We got a note of Violation from the Environmental and general services department seems like we need permits for this demolition . Please let me know if we need other documents besides of the plans attached to try to expedite this process since we are not able to build the roof again and all the stuff in that storage are going to be damage because are exposed to the weather . The Affidavit form is available at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Residential-Permits. Contractor or Owner must have a TDC Online account and be added to the permit as the correct contact type https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/2/pdsd/documents/tdc-faq/new-pdfs/adding-additional-contacts.pdf.
