The suite has been vacant for a few years. For the new Tenant, we did not change anything structurally to the suite. We repainted the suite, replaced ceiling tiles, and added new LED bulbs. Per the Tenant's request, we put a new lock on the restroom for their clients, so they can give a key to access that restroom. Lastly, we had the carpets professionally cleaned.
