Description:
SOSACE needs to update and pass inspection on a previous installation of a simple mini split heat pump install, on a studio apartment. We did a heat load calculation, and a 12,000 BTUH will work well. Half of the work is already done because the Power and the condensate lines are already there. The previous heat pump had a dedicated 240V 20-amp circuit installed and inspected when the building complex was built.
