Per engineered drawings dated June 19, 2025, Cascade Electric Inc. is providing this proposal to remove existing PLM-1 service equipment and install newly engineered upgraded service equipment with (3) three disconnects. Scope of Work: Provide permit and coordinate City of Tucson Inspections. Repair and submit electrical application with TEP. Remove old service entrance equipment and structure. Build new Unistrut structure for new service equipment. Install new 400 amp 120/240 volt single phase service equipment. New 400 amp conductors in 2 1/2" conduit by TEP from transformer. Install (2) two 3/4" x 10 - ground rods 10' feet apart with #1/o bond to each ground rod and #4 bond to each disconnect and metal rack. Label all disconnects with unit numbers. Install address label.
