INFORMATION TO THE APPLICANT: Applicant required to apply for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) after inspections passed but prior to the Building Final Inspection. Applicant to use this TCO to apply for the state license. Applicant to upload a copy of the State License upon receipt online into the building permit record.
