Permit Description: Emergency electrical service repair due to storm/microburst damage. TEP has disconnected electrical service for safety. Scope is to replace damaged meter housing/meter socket and related service equipment as required for a same-day disconnect/reconnect by licensed electrical contractor. No change of use. No added load. No new circuits. No service amperage increase unless required by code/utility. Existing service to be restored in same location. Request inspection/jurisdictional clearance for TEP reconnect as soon as work is complete.
