Permit Description: This project is to repair smoke damage to the primary structure from a carport that stood at the west end of the primary structure that burned and caused minor smoke damage to the primary structure on the property. The primary structure only is being repaired and made livable. The footprint will remain the same. This is intended to address the previous zoning and commercial electrical concerns. The zoning concern was that there was a porch structure on the southward-facing side of the building. There is no porch there. The overhead pics that make it seem as though there is a porch, are a bit misleading. We can provide photos of the south face of the structure at ground level if that is helpful. The requested and required electrical drawings are included to address the previous commercial electrical concern.
