The zoning concern was that there was a porch structure on the southward-facing side of the building. There is no porch there. The overhead pics that make it seem as though there is a porch, are a bit misleading. We can provide photos of the south face of the structure at ground level if that is helpful. The requested and required electrical drawings are included to address the previous commercial electrical concern.
