Electrical inspection and evaluation regarding Code Enforcement case CE-VIO0326-01196. TFD-APT fire occurred in Unit 5306; the sprinkler system extinguished the fire and caused water damage that flooded rental Unit 5106 located below Units 5306 and 5206. Sovereign Electric and HVAC performed a limited electrical inspection of the unit as required by code enforcement. The electrical panel was found to be in satisfactory condition with no signs of water intrusion. We are requesting City clearance to re-energize the electrical panel in Unit 5106 so that a final operational power check can be completed and the unit can be returned to service.
