Permit Description: The below estimate is to replace all trailer sewer lines south of main road at furthest West Point Call AZ 811 to mark all underground utilities Pull all needed permits to complete work Saw cut all needed asphalt +/- 250’- haul away from site Excavate ground as needed from each trailer sewer connection to new main sewer line Excavate ground as needed from furthest south point of road to main rd At each trailer install correct set of clean-outs to meet code Install all needed piping and fittings to accommodate new sewer installation Install tracer wire to meet code Remove old connection on main road and install clean out with drive rated cap Upon completion of new sewer line shade per code requirements Install needed caps to fill sewer for inspection Obtain inspection Make final connection on main sewer line headed east on main road Backfill and compact to a like condition Return asphalt to a like condition Please note the following: No use of sewer from trailer units during installation or connections of sewer lines No vehicles to be permitted to drive in or out of trailer community during course of work At completion of each day drive rated steal plates to be placed over dug ditches to allow tenants to return vehicles to homes and walking as needed Job duration is approximately 8-9 business days (sewer installation) asphalt and saw cut is approximately an additional 1-2 days Please attached documentation of new sewer All work holds a Ram Plumbing 2yr warranty This warranty excludes foreign objects or vandalism
