Permit Description: We are renovating the space for change of use from a pizzeria to a tap and bottle room. There are cosmetic changes to include paint, flooring, tile, and new light fixtures. We are replacing the toilet, bathroom sink, triple sinks, and hand sinks because they are old. We are not using the grease trap. We are moving the triple sink from the back of the space to the middle of the space using existing waterlines. This move is to accommodate health dept regulations for sanitation of dishware. Our health dept plans with Pima County have been approved. There are no structural walls being removed or altered. A bar will be built and two base cabinets will be fixed - one in the back area of the space, and one in the bathroom. A wall will be added to the back space to create a small office/storage space. Another wall will be added to enclose the mop sink, tankless water heater, and cleaning chemicals per health dept code.
