Apparently, While the unit is only 4911 BTUH below the total sensible gain, there is no load shown for the required ventilation. 3. Please do ensure that the required ventilation meets the Code Requirement. If as a result of this means installing a bigger unit to meet the Code Requirement then you may have to follow through with this. 4. Required by Section 503.1.2, IECC 2018.
