We are only requesting a Temporary C of O in order to store the tenant's, Sam Levitz, merchandise in the warehouse area. They will unload the trucks, then leave. No one will be working in the building other than construction crews. We are requesting the Temp CofO for approx 30 days. All fire sprinklers and fire alarms are operational.
Outstanding items:
- site work partial paving and grading
- TEP permanent power (the building is under generator power; providing full required amps)
- finishes in the restroom, breakroom, office area. Such as plumbing fixtures acoustical ceiling, millwork, and flooring. We are not requesting to occupy this area until full C of O.
There will be no owner or tenant employees working in the building during the Temporary CofO period. They will just unload.
