This project needs the okay for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) from a Building Inspector and Fire Inspector and TCO level for the building. Please schedule Building Final & Fire Final and then re-request TCO once all inspectors have given the okay for TCO. If you have any questions, please contact CDRC@tucsonaz.gov
I am requesting a level-1 partial TCO for only the 'Appliance Showroom' so that the millwork contractors can install their displays. This has been discussed with Gustavo Armenta at the project site. We anticipate being ready for inspection on Monday the 12th
