This project needs the okay for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) from a Building Inspector, Fire Inspector, Engineering Inspector and TCO level for the building. You have only received approval from Building. Please schedule Fire Final & Engineering Final re-request TCO once all inspectors have given the okay for TCO. Remodel project will include a new order point canopy, order meal delivery canopy, a reworking of the drive-thru including an additional lane and bypass lane, 400 sf building expansion, new trash enclosure, relocation of light poles, relocation of water meter, and a new parking lot layout.
