This project needs the okay for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) from a Building Inspector, Fire Inspector, Engineering Inspector and TCO level for the building. The most recent building inspection has approved for a Level 1 TCO, not a level 2. Please reschedule the building final and obtain an approval for a Level 2 TCO. Once the ok from the building inspector has been obtained, please re-request for the Level 2 TCO. If you have any questions, please contact CDRC@tucsonaz.gov Remodel existing retail space
