This project can only receive a Letter of completion. The revision plans that were submitted still consisted of fire damage repairs to an existing Motel, a new C of O is not typically issued. The architect was told to submit a Full Code Analysis, Floor Plan, and Site Plan in order to receive a C of O. We cannot evaluate the construction for code compliance without the additional information for the entire structure.
