This project will not receive a Temp C of O/C of O. Project will receive a Letter of Completion. When ready please request LofC/CofO.
We are requesting this Temporary Certificate of Occupancy - Level 2, as approved by the fire department, for a portion of the building, as a Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the entire building renovation is complete. There are a few partial final inspections, due to pending fire/alarm/sprinkler testing, and a letter form an engineer stating that we do not need a commissioning report.
